Last year it was 50 years since the meditation ring at Backåkra was inaugurated. The meditation ring is beautifully placed on the heath and is highly appreciated. It is used for weddings, baptisms or a moment of individual reflection. 

Backåkra was the place where Dag Hammarskjöld wanted to live. Meet Backåkra – the place he chose as his sanctuary.
